APEXcoin

I purchased Apex Coins for Apex Legends on my PlayStation 4, but the coins have not been added to my account.

I contacted PlayStation Customer Support, and they informed me that this appears to be an issue on EA’s side and advised me to contact EA directly.

I purchased the Apex Coins on July 5, and they still have not been reflected in my account. I also have proof of purchase.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me receive the Apex Coins I purchased?

    Could you please recheck the Apex Coins on your server?

    PlayStation Support confirmed that my purchase was successful, and your previous response said the coins had already been credited. However, my Apex Coins still have not appeared in-game.

    Could you please verify the coin credit status on your server and manually synchronize or re-credit the coins if necessary?

    Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that.

    If the Apex Coins still haven’t shown up after the purchase on July 5, the first things worth checking are a full restart of the game/system, making sure you’re on the correct EA Account, and checking for any server issues.  And if the content still hasn’t appeared after 24 hours, please contact our support team with proof of purchase.

    I’m afraid purchase- and reward-related issues like this can’t really be handled through the forums. The best next step would be to contact the support team through this webform, and include your proof of purchase when you do.
