Game Closing after 1 minute of opening
Hi, my game on pc, EA app, closing automatically after 1 minute every time i open the game. i have re installed 2 times its still closing. i have been playing since first month. from last 15-20 days i cant play anymore. pc internet everything same as before.
Thank you. Here's what I'd like you to try:
- Clear the EA App cache. Instructions are in this article. Then, restart your PC and try again
- Repair Easy AntiCheat. Go to Apex Legends\EasyAntiCheat_EOS and run EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe. Select repair
- Make sure all of these overlays are disabled: EA App, Discord, AMD, Xbox Game Bar, Steam, MSI Afterburner, RTSS, Overwolf, Medal, OBS Game Capture and reboot
- Delete the Apex settings. Rename Documents\Saved Games\Respawn to Respawn_old. When you launch the game, this will be recreated
- Run the EA App, EADesktop.exe and EABackgroundService.exe as an Administrator
- If these don't help, reinstall the EA App. Delete C:\ProgramData\EA Desktop, C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts, and C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Roaming\EA Desktop. Then, install the EA App again
- Run the System File Checker. Open a Command Prompt as an Administrator and run sfc /scannow. When that completes run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- Try launching Apex directly instead of using the EA App. Run r5apex.exe as an Administrator
If you're still not having any luck, get me the crash report from Documents\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\Crashpad or Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local. Thanks!
