I WOULD LIKE TO RETWEET THIS!!! I AM SCARED TO PLAY ANY GAMES RIGHT NOW, I JUST GOT BANNED WITH KNOW IDEA HOW AND I ASKED EA TO EXPLAIN IT TO ME SO I CAN AVOID ANY APPS THAT WOULD FLAG ME - WAITING ON A RESPONSE.
Hey, sorry to hear you had the same thing happen to you. EA was unable to provide any information or reasons for my ban, but I was able to eventually get unbanned. My issue was a corrupted file within my Easy Anti Cheat. I repaired my EAC and it fixed the issue. I sent the screenshot of the problem to the EA unban request and after 4 tries, I was unbanned. It took a while to get through to a real person though.
