APEX/GFN/ Cloud data is corrupted

I am playing Apex via GeForceNow.
I cant launch this game by "Cloud data is corrupted" error code EC:10607 this week.
It says "we recommend using that same device so we can try restore your cloud data"
but I am using Mac that is why I am using GeForceNow and this "Same device" means..... I think It is impossible.
I was asked same question to GFN but they cannot do anything for this.
Please help,
