Appeal Can't Be Submitted Through any Channels

Here is the thing: my account was banned on Jan 17th for "Gameplay Enhancement". I firmly believe it was a false positive, and I have been constantly submitting appeals.

Then, in early Feb, the penalty just disappeared from the penalty history on the EA website, but I still can't log into the game. They told me it is a BUG. OK, so I turned to submit my appeals through the webform. But in recent days, when I fill out the webform and go to submit it through email, the "Email Us" button just disappears, like the picture in the attachment. This problem happened not just to me but also to a lot of people I know from a group who were falsely banned. None of us have been able to submit an appeal for the past few days.

I don't know what the hell I can do right now, but I literally can't find any way to make any appeals. Honestly, I don't think any of my previous appeals were seriously reviewed by actual humans. All of them were rejected in a few hours, or at most 2 days. And the replies are always the same, word for word.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I spent over 3,100 hours and $7,000 on my account, and possess EVERY HEIRLOOM ITEM. I have always been a legit player, yet the system banned me for no specific reason. I can't find any real person from customer service to talk to, and now I can't even submit my own appeals!
