Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Controll map with the tower in the middle wit zipline of opposite sides.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. At start of game only weapon options were fully leveled mozambiques. it appeared to be the same for everyone else as well. I was winning when i was kicked out both ea and xbox server, & wasnt able to log back in.

What happens when the bug occurs? I just cant sign back in to play, realized it may be an april fools day joke. 😉
What should be happening instead? I should be able to sign back in to play anything

Its saying ive lost connection but my system is connected perfectly fine. 

got all my stats erased with tanked aplit! Seems im not the only onr!!!

After my last login h. 19.03 02.04.2024 all my stats about this season resetted. All my BattlePass progress, event progress.. All.. Can u exlpain me how can i fix that??

On apex legends I have just started again and I have spent around 100 pounds on it and I restarted my game because I was laging and it cross progressed with my Nintendo switch account that is level 4 and I have spent a total of 0 pounds on and can I get my account back please it is really annoying and I probably can't get it back which is really bad considering I have spent around 100 pounds on apex legends so please try and get it back for me 

Same here! All stats, progress, challenges of the current season gone! I´m on PC btw.

I have the exact same problem.  All season 20 progress is gone.

My skins and relics have disappeared, and my level has also dropped by 100 думуды, I play exclusively on PC Steam

What do i need to do to get a skin that i recently purchased? 

All of my this season progress got deleted just now. i played a lot and was like over level 60 in the batlepass. what happened????? help!!
