What happens when the bug occurs? My account got resetet to level 400 from level 550 and with the level everything else got also resetet
What should be happening instead? i should have my original progress
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Probably in the data files where the account progress is saved
I was exiting a match and wanted to start a ranked match. However, when I opened the game mode selection tab, I couldn't choose anything except trios. It stated that I needed to unlock the other modes first. So, I restarted my game, but it started loading cross-progression without my consent or need. In the lobby, I discovered that my entire progress had been reset to level 400.
This was incredibly frustrating because I've invested a lot of time and money into the game.
