Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I wasopening up the game and i got hit with the cross progression for the second time.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I hit yes to cross progression (even though i already had it) and i lost a few of my characters that i bought in between now and the first time i enabled it.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure. Maybe try enabling cross progression a second time.

I was loading up the game when i got hit with the "cross progression is here" and so i clicked yes even though i had already done so in the past. It took my 3 characters, conduit, catalyst, and caustic which i purchased between now and the last time i enabled cross progression. Not sure what to do about it.
