Are the Apex Legends London and Amsterdam servers broken?

I'll start by saying I haven't got the best internet on the planet but going from 30 ping to 170, constantly when I can get 15 in things like fortnite and warzone, And 15 ping in Belgium 1, 2 and 3 servers.

 I have to ask if something's wrong with them, It's been happening for four seasons to the point where if I even attempt to play in London and Amsterdam It's just unplayable
