Purchases are final, so probably not.
Please note you are responsible for everything that happens on your account even if someone else uses your account, this includes purchase's and terms of service violations.
If your younger bro does something wrong on your account and gets it banned it is your fault.
This is why you should always protect your account and not let others use it.
