Ash is locked

Hi,

I'm having an issue where Ash appears locked after switching to the Steam version, instead of the EA version. I've tried to use live-chat support but they told me to make a thread here. I've tried verifying files, restarting pc, launching on EA and Steam etc etc. I can't unlock ash whatsoever, there is no option to.
