"Recognized Device" bug on Xbox (Case #247027186)

Hello,
I am locked out of my EA account, but able to log in with my Xbox account.  because I lost access to my old email and phone number. Live chat keeps telling me to use 'Verify on a Recognized Device' but it’s completely broken on my console. I tried everything with apex, I even downloaded madden to see if I get the pop up but nothing! I get that they’re stuck in a script looped. I was wondering if a community manager is able to help me. I have receipts, and able to provide IP address if needed. 
please the account is over ten years old, and I don’t wanna lose it.

    We cannot verify your account or make any account changes via the forums. Please make contact with an EA Help Advisor and let them know that 'Verify on a Recognized Device' is not working for you. Hopefully they will be able to verify your identity another way and then change your account email.
