I was playing with friends, went to work and when i got back home excitingly to play apex, I suddenly got banned for breaching terms of  "User Agreement"? Like they didn't even specify which so I could resolve the issue quickly. No emails, notification, NOTHING. I disputed my case and right after that, I can't log in the official site anymore! It only says "Internal Server Error : 500". What do I do and what DID I do? Does EA ban randomly cause this is extremely unfair. Only thing I did would be inputting an RGB crosshair in the steam startup command for Apex which goes like this :

 bind "s" "+backward;reticle_color 255 255 0" bind "w" "+forward;reticle_color 0 255 0" bind "a" "+moveleft;reticle_color 255 0 0" bind "d" "+moveright;reticle_color 0 0 255"

@EA_Darko I already sent them a case. I play Apex through Steam only (still use EA credentials for logging in though). My account in Apex is the only thing that got suspended for 7 days.
