Hi guys i’ve played Vantage, Ash and Conduit but now they are all locked and i have to spend the credits to get them unlocked again. I am still on level 102, the legends still have the data from kills/damage i got via the banners but i have no idea why its locked.
Ive restarted my game heaps and it doesn’t work. Has anyone encountered this before, can anyone help me please. Ps5, issue started after recent update

I ran into the same issue. Support told me that my account was hacked, but that's simply impossible — and hackers wouldn't just delete all my characters anyway. Long story short, they didn't help me at all. I have no idea what to do.
It was because of the recent event that happened where there was a quest that required those characters, so they were only unlocked for the duration of the event, you lose them after the event is done, this is not a glitch, however if they were unlocked before the event then I’m not sure, hope this helps
