My Apex Audio experiences crackle when i play only after I enter the menu screen and through out gameplay, the strange this is that this happened only starting yesterday when I have been basically playing for 3 weeks straight. I'm playing on PC btw.

When you have the chance can you try repairing Apex Legends in the Origin client to see if that helps at all? If there's a problem with the files for the game a repair might help.
If you right-click on Apex Legends in the Origin library you'll see a Repair option when the menu comes up. Let me know how that goes when you have a chance. Thanks!

Looking through the DxDiag I noticed you were using Voicemeeter. Have you tried disabling it to test and see if that makes any difference at all?
