Audio Crackling

@Jnobers123 you dont have a corsair headset by any chance? if so just disconnect the usb then reconnect and crackling be gone( for a few days ). if not cant help you.

        Got it, thanks!

        Looking through the DxDiag I noticed you were using Voicemeeter. Have you tried disabling it to test and see if that makes any difference at all?
