Audio Engine crash on launch

Question

Whenever I launch the game I get a crash related to audio engine as shown below.

The steps I've taken to fix this issue include full system reinstall, installation of 3 audio drivers (Realtek 2.82 [newest], 2.81 and 2.80) as well as AMD GPU drivers (20.4.2 and 22.6.1 [newest])

I'm using Windows 7.

My headphones work correctly outside the game. I've tried using front/back panel ports, changing advanced sound settings (enhancments, exclusivity, quality) to no avail.

Last time I've successfuly launched the game on this PC was 2 days ago when Season 15 was already live.

@StarSlayr I'm not using any autoexec nor have changed any of the game settings

Same problem here. Game worked (it crashed but it worked) few days after S15 came out. Now it won’t launch at all. Nothing on my computer changed

The problem was most probably&nbsp; Audio Endpoint Builder service problem, turning it back to its default setting might fix the problem for anyone else wondering.
