I'm having the same issue but on PC. Internet speed is fine as i'm wired in to the router.
I also play on PS4 over wifi and have no issues with the audio so i am very confused.
Then it has to be on their end right? I legit get so frustrated when I'm constantly slide showing when in a fight because of the audio lag.
