When I load into most matches I can hear sounds fine. Usually after one or 2 minutes sounds start to crackle and pop or cut out completely. Can't hear enemy gunfire/footsteps. In game character voices go robotronic as does the voice chat. Interestingly enough I can often still hear my own gunfire. A bit of searching shows I am not the only having similar problems although it does not seem to be widespread.

We'll need some additional information though to see what we can do to fix this for you.- Which platform do you play on and are you using speakers or a headset? What type of headset?
- Have you tried adjusting the audio settings on your Windows taskbar?

- As simple as it sounds, have you tried unplugging the speakers/headset from your PC?
- Right-click on the game in Origin and select "Repair" to see if that has any effect.
have tried all these things but my headset is plugged into my external soundcard. i dont understand why there is no option to use this is an output rather than default windows sound. not everyone can plug into their computer especially if headsets is a 1/4 ts cable.

same thing happens to me actually - although it usually stabilizes after a few minutes. Seems to be a game issue not hardware or settings..
I have the same problem, all my friends think I’m lying and it’s a bad excuse for dying and it really makes me not want to play the game but it doesn’t seem like anyone has the same problem.
