Australia Region Lock
I messaged support over 6 months ago in regards to being region locked beyond diamond in Australia and was told this was an error that shouldnt at least apply till masters, so can it be said why we are still locked out 6 months on just for hitting diamond, Australia is playable between 4-10pm basically in ranked with few minute que times apart from that que times are constantly 10+ which just isn't what people want to play.
Most of Australia connect to Singapore/ other asian servers under 150 ping without VPNs so there should not be any kind of restriction on it, the fact your own support team is suggesting I use a VPN to go to another server is actually ludicrous and just says to me you arent removing this lock.
As is it 90% of the time outside prime hours all of Australia's lobbies just combine so its just 1-2 pred teams walking over anyone from silver to masters, like most of us are content going to SEA servers and chancing the current cheater problem you're also not addressing in Asia just for the chance to play games constantly instead of waiting 20 minutes to die to the same pred game from the game prior and then wait for that lobby to end for another to fill...
