thank you for the reply and the links.

Just to clarify: only one of my EA accounts was compromised. The second account was not hacked, yet it was banned for “cheating” around the same time.

This is what makes the situation confusing for me, as I have never used cheats on either account. Especially in the case of the second account, there should be no suspicious third-party access, which is why I’m concerned this may be a false positive.

I have already secured the compromised account and submitted the appeals correctly.

Would it be possible to escalate this for a manual review, particularly by checking the login/IP and activity data for both accounts?
