Also getting the bad_module_info crash/error.
Has always crashed during an active game. Used to crash a lot during drops. Now it's anytime in the game.
Tried disabling full screen optimizations for r5apex.exe.
Turned off Game Mode.
Using latest AMD 19.2.1.
Uninstalled/reinstalled Origin and Apex Legends.
No overclocks on any hardware
