Bahrain servers remain empty 3 years later

It is truly unfair that it has been almost 3 years since the release and the Bahrain servers remain dead, leaving the whole Middle East as well as India to play with +100 ping and packet loss on foreign servers. 
There are millions of people willing to play from the Middle East and India, but instead they are forced to go into Singapore server, overloading it, causing regular server crashes, packet loss and ping rise up to 250.

please make a change as this ruins the experience for millions of people who are willing to play the game. 
perhaps a petition would change things? Relocating a server to India or Egypt would be a much better idea
