Ban Appeal

I've been banned for a year and a half and cannot play any games online which is frustrating. I have appealed the ban multiple times but is always instantly denied. Is it possible to ever be unbanned? Or at least get a refund for all my games?

  • @MezzyIsSexy  If you already appealed your ban multiple times already and they won't lift the ban on your account then you have to consider that they never will lift that ban.

As for any refunds I don't believe they would do so since your account is banned.

Sorry for being blunt about it.

The only advise I can give you here is to move on and play other games not related to EA basically.

  • My ban appeal was denied for using player name (Edit: removed name, if it got you banned in game it is not something you should post here) in NHL 24, meanwhile EA puts (Edit: removed name, if it got you banned in game it is not something you should post here) in Madden 24 and has done it every year without issue. This is a standard that cannot be upheld. Hypocritical bans of paying customers is a bad look.

I feel that I have done multiple ban appeals on my account that was banned for unknown reasons on my end and they only end up sending a stock email that refuses help. For me to receive a genuine response I had to request an account closure but it is still taking sometime for that to be sorted out.

I am pretty certain they will not refund on an account closure/ban though. I plan on recommending others to avoid this company since the ban will come without warning and EA help has the right to refuse an answer. Unfortunately in a recent read through terms of service they have the right to refuse refunds on accounts they have deemed to have broke terms of service.

Sorry to hear of your troubles and I feel like I’m going through the same hoops. Best of luck.

IF it is a recent purchase charge back. That is what I had to do when they refused to either unban or unlink my account that was compromised during the Origin launcher leak followed by their refusal to unban it despite seeing that the account was banned in another country
