They could've decided to extend the ban after reviewing your case again, though that's just an assumption.
Best thing you can do is contact them via https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ or via your ban history, typically you get a response within 72 hours so I think you won't have to wait for too long.
@XHelperZ : Ya, that's what I did (the "contact us" form) when the ban was originally issued.
They replied, but only to say "we see you have duplicate messages to us about the same thing, so we're closing your duplicate ticket and will reply soon". The only thing is, the "duplicate message" they reference was the last contact form email I had sent them that they never replied to....from 3 years ago.
So.....is my only choice to message them via the same contact form again? And possibly wait 3 more years for them to see it?
In other games/forums the Support tickets are usually in a "conversation" format, where you can send messages/see replies. But all I can find for Apex is the Contact Form, and then the reply comes in a "you cannot reply to this email address" format. Meaning that the only way to reply back to a message is to create a brand new Contact Form submission?

Yeah, I'm quite sorry to hear that it went like that actually.
For now it might be good to send in a new ticket to them via the same form you did before, maybe explain your situation a bit more in detail as that usually helps.
The maximum time for a response is 30 days, though I really think you'll get one much sooner, sooner than 3 years...

@XHelperZ: ya, maybe I'll wait a bit more and then try messaging again. I'm torn between not wanting to come across as impatient/demanding, since I'm sure they get people like that all the time ("what about now? What about NOW?" kind of thing), and with not wanting my case to slip between the cracks and never get resolved.
I'm confused about why the ban wasn't automatically lifted after the ban period had expired, but like you said maybe they reviewed it and decided to extend the ban and just didn't communicate that.
