In the email shared with you, they say this:

Give those steps a go and see if that helps you get back online.

I tried, it still says that I'm banned from Apex Legends. I reset my password, enabled login verifications, and updated my EA account information. I thought that maybe I would go and send a ticket from the link they sent, it was related to having a false ban or suspension on my account and wanting to remove it, and it told me to check my Ban History, and so I did. But I found nothing that related to Apex Legends that lasted until now; I only had one suspension on my account but it lasted until last year, and was closed. What do I do now? Should I just tell them I should be unbanned because It says I have no bans shown in my Ban History that is related to Apex Legends?
