@XHelperZ Yea but what rule. I did contact support in it until I couldn’t I sent an email with a picture of it but I doubt they will even look. I never cheated or bought accounts or broke any rules. They just unbanned me and banned me again. When I first got my pc I made a couple more accounts to see what was going on and those all were unbanned from the original hardware ban and rebanned on the same day. I don’t get it anymore they removed the original ban on all accounts then made a new one and never sent a message. Like when you are banned they send a message never happened for the second ban on each account.

Ban reason is usually included in the mail, sometimes the ban history page doesn't show a ban reason, not sure why this is the case though.
Make sure to also check your spam folder for your mail, as these kind of mails do get filtered from time to time.
The ToS Team should be able to provide a reason for you, though it might take some time for them to get back to you.
Only the ToS team can really deal with this issue, can't really guess to why you would've gotten banned.
- 2 years ago@XHelperZ I looked through everything of my mail never got anything for the second ban. The reason they stated in the first ban was I broke the rules nothing specific. I sent everything I can on the original ban and did not get any extra tries for the second ban. Anytime I send them anything they say to just stop because they won’t help and anything further will just not be opened.
