I understand. I'm not sure if there is a limitation on how many times you can dispute your ban, but try emailing them and see if you can get a definitive answer as to why this is happening

Currently, we are dealing with a kinda similar situation with @LootGoob regarding an issue on the "Infraction History" page.
The APEX_LEGENDS Ban Status is marked as "Overturned," but there seems to be an error or some other reason preventing access to play online.
And scripted bot messages on emails about the cases were declined even though the account was already unbanned, as indicated in Infraction History.
I've been playing since the early seasons and have participated in almost all events. A significant amount of limited cosmetics and badges that can no longer be obtained has been accumulated. This is important. Battle passes and skins were purchased, and a lot of time, money, and effort were invested into the game. The goal is not to lose an account that, according to the information on the EA profile, is unbanned.
I've reached out on Twitter, and if there are any updates, the information will be shared here. It might be useful for other players in the future.
- 2 years ago@timdaniyarov Same dude, glad i’m not alone in this. Our situation seem to be exactly the same. I finally got my first heirloom right before the ban and have been playing since season 7. Lots of time and money put into this game as it’s the only game I actually play and try to improve at.

I’ve tried EA help on twitter, but it just redirects me back to the EAhelp website to file a case which I’ve already done multiple times prior. What options do you get when trying to contact them through twitter?
