Ban overturned, but when trying to play the game it says that I am still banned

I logged into EAhelp today to see my ban was finally overturned after months of appealing. When I went to go and play the game it said that I am still banned. What do I do? UPDATE 10/28/2023: After ...

I understand that you want an explanation and hope that a Community Manager and/or EA Support will come into light about your situation.

I do however, apologize that I haven’t been much help in assisting your ban issue and obviously don’t have access to this kind of information. Same goes for everyone who posted with the same issue.

I hope that you find the answers you’re looking for and just know that they wouldn’t ban you for no reason. There’s a reason for everything.

@TheRedLion93 I appreciate your help. I'm sure they have a reason, but they have to be wrong, my first ban was for cheating when I've never cheated. I have over 2700 hours playing and a 1.05 kd, I've also been playing for the last 2 years. I've read that there's been issues with AMD drivers and that's where I think the first ban came from.
