Some updates here:
- I didn't receive an email for the new ban, there are chances that this was just an error on how EA servers and page display the bans, so we probably never got unbanned.
- Dispute the new ban 3 times, support give the classic answers and the accounts still banned, there is no explanation of why the ban now appears as a new one.
Hello again, Linux user here from the topic "Linux players getting banned" and google document @RacsuChile . I was not present in the discussion of this situation for a while and decided to check if I was unban, as a result, my first ban changed the status from "Active" to "Overturned" and a second active ban appeared out of nowhere on October 28, although at that time the game had been deleted for a long time and I did not play at all and I haven't launched the EA app since mid-September until today.
