Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

My account was hacked in April of 2025 and the hacker used cheats and got me banned. I’ve tried numerous times to create appeal cases but everytime I go to submit a case, I get a “Case not created” message. I’ve had to start all over on Apex and I just want my account to be unbanned. I’ve never used cheats.
