Ban overturned, but when trying to play the game it says that I am still banned

I logged into EAhelp today to see my ban was finally overturned after months of appealing. When I went to go and play the game it said that I am still banned. What do I do?

UPDATE 10/28/2023: After making this post and still not being able to load into a game on my account, I went and checked my ban history to where there is a brand new ban that was issued today. No idea why I have a new ban when I haven't even been able to play the game. The ban was issued when I was in the middle of a live support chat trying to figure out this current situation. Just about ready to give up honestly

    @RacsuChile Yeah, still no email for me either on this new ban. Can't believe EA doesn't have a customer service phone number or a way for us to actually talk to someone who can help us

    Hello again, Linux user here from the topic "Linux players getting banned" and google document @RacsuChile . I was not present in the discussion of this situation for a while and decided to check if I was unban, as a result, my first ban changed the status from "Active" to "Overturned" and a second active ban appeared out of nowhere on October 28, although at that time the game had been deleted for a long time and I did not play at all and I haven't launched the EA app since mid-September until today. I wish everyone good luck in considering this problem from the EA support service, I hope that we will not be thrown
