Ban overturned now stuck in Matchmaking

I have been stuck in matchmaking for days now, after reading through most of if not all the replies to this forum post

Im far from the only one with this issue, and it seems its persisted for months if not years for some other users. I keep seeing people being told to contact the TOS team through a webform but said webform doesnt actually put you into contact with them, it just leaves you at a deadend where you are given the option of "Self-serve support" which is just looking at your penalty history. Which in my case is entirely empty.
