ban status help
it says im banned when i load up steam ( dont know why) and then when i check ban status it says there is no ban and no history of a ban , however when i go to my email and search banned there is an email saying ive been banned for cheating. any help?

Sorry for the confusion, that portion of the site shows specific types of bans but not all account actions will appear there.
If you're seeing a ban notification when you try to get in-game, you can create an appeal with these steps to have our Terms of Service review that situation for you.
