I've been having the same problem for 1 year. Even though I want to know why, I keep getting automated emails and seeing that my case has been closed. 4 cases in 1 year. And they all close with the same message. I'm starting to doubt the existence of a department called 'Terms of Service team'. Even if there is a department, it prefers to cover up the problem instead of focusing on problem solving.
