Banned account after 7 days suspension. Abusive text chat

Hello, i got a forever ban for abusive text chat ..; I got 7 days ban then permanent ban. Its been nine month now. Is it normal i got a forever ban after the 7 days ? Thanks

The duration you'd receive would be connected the the rule broken, the severity and the frequency. Check out this guide: EA Bans and Suspensions, it'll help to answer most questions. Outside of what's covered in that guide, we wouldn't have insight or visibility on your ban case to share specifics.

yeah i had the same thing as well, when contacting support they just decline it for no reason, always weird to see, i say 1 word i got permanently banned and when the other person is swearing in death treads ea allowed it and that person doesn't get banned, if they just had a brain and just think about 2 sides of a case then they would see a lot of bans are not right, the weirdest thing of all, they ban you from whole origin instead of only 1 game, when i think like, why the f would you ban someone form the whole platform and not only 1 game or make it like normal, 1st suspension 3 days, then 7 days, then 30 days and after that permanent, but they're pretty dumb and wanna lose their community very fast for this
