Banned again - They Don't Care About Us
Hey hedkvfo,
I can understand the concern from having an earlier penalty removed only to have the account actioned once again shortly afterwards. Just to be clear as you've mentioned it a couple times here and when speaking to support however, bans are not determined just by looking at your KDA or skill level, but what our security and Terms of Service teams can verify with their records and various tools or systems.
When you create an appeal, that's just asking someone from our Terms of Service team to take another look at what caused the penalty to verify whether it was placed on the account(s) correctly. If the ban or suspension was removed by our team, it would be because they'd determined that was not correct - whether directly due to an appeal on your end, or after they completed an additional review separately.
...through what means should regular users ask for help?
Are we just supposed to wait endlessly...
As far as this portion, what you've already done by submitting an appeal will be the correct way for anyone to ask for help with a ban or suspension. You can then keep an eye on your case history page here for a response from the Terms of Service team. The timing of that can depend on how many other cases they're reviewing ahead of yours, but in most cases you should hear back within 72 hours, typically much sooner than that even.
Each appeal is reviewed by a different member of the ToS team, so you're welcome to submit a new appeal to have someone else take a look as you've done in the past, unless it's reached the point where they state no further reviews will be performed.
