Banned for "hacking"

Question

I have been banned for "hacking/cheating"

I have never installed or used hacks or cheats on my computer or on the game. I first found out about the ban after months of not playing the game. I tried reaching out but they labeled my case as "not fixable". I'm still very confused because, again, I HAVE NEVER HACKED OR CHEATED. This sucks more because I had wraith's kunai on the account and countless hours on it. How can I get my account unbanned?

@ilovedanlol&nbsp;theyre having some kind of issue with fake hack bans rn and so far nobody has been unbanned. All you can do is keep disputing your case and I wish you luck with that.but their policy is very much guilty until proven innocent and its really hard to prove yourself innocent.A lot of genuinely innocent players have been thrown under the bus because EA puts you in charge of your own security and blame a possible 3rd party hack on you. Even though there seems to have been an influx of false hacker bans around the steam launch...but thats somehow our fault.

@systemchanged&nbsp;Thats another thing im confused about. Im the only person who uses my pc, and ive used the same password (ish, I had to make small variations over time) for 12 years and ive never been hacked on anything else, I suspect it probably was through a 3rd party site I used when I was like 15 but...that really shouldnt be something a player gets the blame for.&nbsp;I get how sus that sounds too...but at this point I dont really have anything but my word that I dont cheat and a report of suspicious activity thats probably come too late.&nbsp;But like you said, why would we spend money if we were planning to hack and knew there was a danger of getting banned. The whole things just been distressing its been a month and I just wanna give up honestly.&nbsp;

@ilovedanlolvery funnyNoone from staff ban other for nothing. Believe me they can check yourprograms running in the background even macros in mouse for bunny hop 🙂

@Saxhleeel True, i guess EA could be able to ignore those problems only if they force us to use double verification, even when u didnt cheat if your friend or family uses ur pc and installs cheats you cant do nothing about it, meanwhile we need to keep trying, it s hard to think that a cheater will waste money in his account knowing he can lost that
