Hello, 11 months ago I was the victim of a hack on my PC by a Russian (I received an email changing my IP to a Russian one). When I recovered and secured all my hacked accounts, I realized that I was permanently banned from Apex Legends, a game that I particularly like. For more than 11 months, I have been fighting with support to make them understand that I did nothing, but always the same automatic message for each ticket. Please help me :(
Faucon_888 Sorry to hear about your account being banned. However, bans unfortunately cannot be handled on the forums, as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

You would want to talk to the EA TOS Team, as EA Support cannot handle bans either.
but always the same automatic message for each ticket.
If the automatic response states to "not expect anything further", then sadly that does mean that the ban will be upheld.
