Got the same issue after getting into a TDM yesterday and got banned because I was killing bots..
First of all if killing bots is bannable and is considered "cheating" then disable the playlist and fix the bot problems first?
I don't deserve a ban for wanting to play TDM then getting bots for enemies.
IIISamuraiIII is my origin/EA name and I want a reverse on my ban.
Spent too much time and money since season 0
I'd sent an appeal 3 times but still no reply.
Got multiple heirlooms and over 2k hours in the game.
Fix this stupid bot issues asap because your system is flagging innocent players and banning them without them violating Tos.
Does it say you was banned like not let you log in or are you able to go to the range, but just not queue up in a game?
I'm able to login, see all my apex coins/skins and inventory but if I try to find a game or go firing range it loads me in for 2-3 second and discoccects me and I get "client account has been banned: banned"
