Banned for no reason

too ,ea support i think that not helping me so much i sent my problem to them but now 2 week i don't get any respone. Like in progress to no fixed.

im not playing for 2 month and i came playing firing range and quit game and nex week i wanna play with my friend and that i know i got banned.

i don't know how long i got banned.

Yea no I have done the same thing I got a job back in August and stopped playing cuz I was working so much, I come back around the end of oct to play the event and I get the "banned account: banned" so I made a support ticket considering I streamed the dam game for over a year and never had a single report cheat or exploit ect. I have still been waiting for someone to contact me over it.

Even after waiting almost 3 weeks I went and did their online chat to talk to someone and they made a new case for it to be resolved, I have heard nothing.

I've played apex off and on for years im not skilled enough to be called a cheater (im not kidding) I hate using any type of cheat for multi-player games its dumb and pointless to even play it at that point. So to get banned for "cheating" when I would only play on twitch really pisses me off. I know EA can be pretty stupid with some of the bans and * but I've seen more and more people getting banned who took a break from the game

I wrote more times and i didn't got anwser. So i think don1T work the support! Please do something with this problem! I have this problem too!

Same here, I didn’t play for months and try to get back on for the new season and my account was banned for no reason. I don’t use cheats and never have so I have no idea why my account that I’ve spent $1000+ dollars on was banned and is now unplayable. I’m beyond upset at the lack of care for the players and the customer service...

So i was able to get my account back i had to get to the chat to IT they pushed the case and almost a week or so ago i got an answer

but the email i got about the account unlocking really upset me and made me laugh cuz its total bs

I dont see how in the world that a ban could be placed for a "weak password" or whatever they chose to say

ea I got transfers banned by giving my friends some money. why arent you guys responding? i have been waiting for un answer for a week. 

I have also had an issue similar to this, I didn't play during a weekend and got banned, However I did some digging and found that my account had been hacked into, which is what I believe happened to most of you. I have been waiting for a response for nearly a month, though I am glad that someone from EA has informed us that account ban cases have been slow. Thanks for informing the community, we at least know you aren't leaving our cases aside.

I have the same problem here, i just was playing a ranked game and in that moment, ill going to revive my team, and seconds later the game send me a error and quick me out to the ranked game, for no reason, im not a cheater, i dont know what to do, i already send the mail for EA, mi nickname is denofte69
