Hey Max-Exage,
As a heads up, we are unable to review or change any account bans here on the forums.
The only way to have this looked into is by submitting an appeal, which will have our Terms of Service team review our records and logs of what caused the ban to try and determine whether there may have been a mistake applying it to the account. If you submit an additional appeal a different member of the ToS team will take a look, so while they may use templates to keep replies consistent, appeals are reviewed by real people.
You're welcome to submit another appeal unless it's reached the point where they've said no further appeals would be considered. At that point it would be our final decision and not something that could be changed through a different contact channel I'm afraid.
Yeah I wasn't expecting any help over here. I already sent my third dispute message, and I'm not expecting a positive response. I think that after the third attemp they just give up to help their players, even those who have played and supported them for all these 6 years.
I used no cheats, no in-game exploits, I don't use the chat text because I know I can get banned for saying "hi", last couple of seasons I barely play, I just play mixtapes since it dropped (S14). When I play the only app running in the background is Afterburner, and I have always used it when playing Apex.
At least I would like to know the exact reason of the ban even knowing that I did not do it. At least that way I'm sure that a person review my case and not a computer.

Hey Max-Exage,
Sorry if that reasoning wasn't made clearer for you. Since you mentioned not receiving the original email, it looks like the reason was shared in one of your earlier appeals as well. If you check your case history page here, the reply in case 202188177 outlines what led to the ban.
They would be able to share the overall reason for a ban including what part of our User Agreement was violated. As an example however, for something like cheating they wouldn't be able to share any specific program names, detection times, etc., as that type of information could be of use to those that would wish to bypass our detection.I can understand the frustration over a limited number of appeals, though at some point we just reach a limit on the number of times someone can review our records of what happened while hoping to find a different outcome.

Supposedly I was cheating, according to the first email. (I didn't even play that day I think)
That's the thing I think it's a nonsense: if a player gets banned, shouldn't they FIRST tell the player why they are getting banned? Like I normally see on posts on reddit complaining about the same thing.
That's one of the reasons I think I got banned by mistake. It feels like all the protocol that is supposed to happen when EA bans people didn't happen to me (never got an email informing me about the ban, the window that normally says that you are banned is an in-game message, in my case it is an EA APP window telling me that, and lastly, the ban didn't happen while I was playing like it usually happen to people cheating).
But ok, thank you for responding me.

Also, the window says: code error ec:10901.
I have only seen one post with the same error. If that helps...
