It wasn’t my ea account I was sharing it was my PlayStation account which iv never had issues with from Sony a issue like this happened before when my account was hacked and someone sent hatful messages on PlayStation to their account and then reported my account which got me banned however they resolved the issue later on and that person was banned how come this game is different and I never let him on my account it was because he uses it for games like rust console edition and PlayStation plus

Your PSN ID is linked to an EA account. I absolutely understand the frustration, but if someone else is misbehaving on your PSN ID that is linked to your EA account, you are still responsible. In the future, make sure only you have access to your account.
