Banned from Apex for "Hacking", EA closes ticket without even actually checking
Honestly, after sinking more than 300$ on skins and 400 hours to the game, my account was banned for "hacking" like the other million accounts the past few months.
Me thinking EA actually even cares, I contact them requesting to check my account since I have never cheated or done anything outside of the EA code of conduct. What do I receive? Am automatic response saying: "After checking your case, we have concluded that you have hacked blah blah blah.
As all the people that got their account banned for no reason know, EA didn't even checked * and just sent the automated response and cleaned their hands as if the problem was solved.
The worst part of all is that all these people that actually play the game fairly are just loosing their accounts, cosmetics and progress because EA has a useless account security (which they could fix of they actually cared about something once in their life) and just get completely ignored and thrown under the bus with an idiotic automated response giving no reason what so ever to the actual reason the account was banned. And just to top it off, they just close the case deny you the opportunity to actually get unbanned if you really did not do anything to deserve such Ban.
At this point, EA customer service is a sad joke.
Coming to the important point, if an account is banned, proof has to be presented for the reason you are being denied access, which of course EA doesn't provide. They tell you to check your ban history to understand why you got banned and of course there is nothing because probably you didn't break any rules (as in my case), but you are still left with a blocked account and an email from EA saying they can't do anything to solve it (more like: we don't care enough to actually help you).
Either way, Anybody know any other way to get unbanned? I would love to actually get some help and prove my account was just one more victim to EA's lame and useless account security system and Anti-Cheat.
Below you can see my account has no bans but I am still denied access for no reason 🤦, thx EA always up doing yourselves on being * each year.
