Banned from Apex for using Logitech Gaming Software (LGS)
Today i just went online and was practicing movement in the shooting range, when suddenly a ban screen appeared. I changed keybinds for my Mouse before and tried the new Keybinds, what must have somehow triggered the Anticheat. I payd money for Skins, Battlepass, etc. and it is very annoying that such things happen. I hope i will get my account back and i also hope that my new account will not get banned in the same way because i do not want to change my mouse because of Apex. I started a support case at EA already but my hopes are low that they will even reply to my case. I did never use cheats or something. my KD is pretty low and i am stuck in gold3 so its clear to see that i am not a cheater. There are many cases of people who were banned for using the Logitech Software which is the default software for my Mouse (G502)
I dont even care about my account but i care about the Skins i bought. At least give me my skins back on my new account or just unban my account because this ban is obviously wrong.
