Banned from Apex for using Logitech Gaming Software (LGS)

Today i just went online and was practicing movement in the shooting range, when suddenly a ban screen appeared. I changed keybinds for my Mouse before and tried the new Keybinds, what must have somehow triggered the Anticheat. I payd money for Skins, Battlepass, etc. and it is very annoying that such things happen. I hope i will get my account back and i also hope that my new account will not get banned in the same way because i do not want to change my mouse because of Apex. I started a support case at EA already but my hopes are low that they will even reply to my case. I did never use cheats or something. my KD is pretty low and i am stuck in gold3 so its clear to see that i am not a cheater. There are many cases of people who were banned for using the Logitech Software which is the default software for my Mouse (G502)

I dont even care about my account but i care about the Skins i bought. At least give me my skins back on my new account or just unban my account because this ban is obviously wrong.

The EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help you with account-related issues, such as bans.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

The EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help you with account-related issues, such as bans.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

if you would have read my text completely you would have seen that i did it already. you guys keep repeating the same nonsense answer over and over on every topic that has to do with bans. its annoying. like you dont even care about single cases. i can see what to do for opening a case by my own. i dont need you to tell me how to open a case. u waste ur time and my nerves with these kinda answers.

The ban doesnt even show up in my ban history and i did not get any e-mail informing me about my ban. like what is this. fix your anticheat.

@iEat15EggsADay I did read your post, but there's nothing the EA staff here can do for you.
You would have recieved an email about the ban to the email registered with your account.
