Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

Hi! 

i got banned on apex legends on my account after 3k+ hours of playtime. 
I just built a brand new pc and have been playing maybe 2 days on it. 
while playing yesterday i was installing programs like gamesir and rgb software and i think this might have been the culprit that lead to this false positive.  I was also adjusting controller settings on gamesir while playing.

regarding rc filters and other bannable software feautures, this was all turned off. 
i was suspicious of the ban and tried using another account that instantly got banned. 

when i went to ea page and penalty history it said permanent ban due to gameplay enhancement. 

however i set up my old pc again and played on another account and it was completely fine. All the accounts i have used on the same old pc without problem, but just after switching to my new pc i got banned. This makes no sense to me, and only tells me that i have triggered anti cheat to automatically ban me. 

This is extremely frustrating to me because i sunk so much time and money on this account just for it to be banned. 

please, anyone that can help. Please reach out to me and help me if you can. I hope customer support can review my account and actually view my logs from the new pc so i can get unbanned…
