Missing Ranked Badge

I have a predator ranked badge from season 3 that either disappeared or I never received.

I stopped playing the game for a while so only noticed now. I have the predator dive trail from season 3 to confirm I achieved the rank. Confused why the badge never transferred/appeared.

I realize it was from a while ago, but it's annoying that I'm not able to access something that invested time into and a game i've spent a ton of money on from back in the day.

Please help?

Ho lo stesso problema prima lo vedevo il badge poi si era buggato e non riuscivo piu a vederlo rimaneva tipo oro e poi è scomparso del tutto dal nulla ma non credo soluzionano questo problema non credo siano in grado di risolvere e se ci fosse un problema non credo che sistemano questo bug
