In this case the reason would be what's provided in that second screenshot you've included.
Beyond that the team would not be able to provide any further details such as specific programs detected as that type of information can be used by those who would seek to bypass our detection.
We do allow for multiple appeals if you believe an action was applied to your account incorrectly, however if our Terms of Service team has completed multiple reviews and decided not to remove the action, I'm afraid that is not something we'll be able to change either.
