Crashing on launch with an error

Hello,

I am experiencing a strange issue with my Apex Legends account.

After playing the EA version of Apex Legends at an esports café, I returned home and tried to launch the PS5 version. However, the game now crashes with an error and will not start.

I tested a different account on the same PS5, and it works without any issues, so the console itself does not appear to be the problem.

I suspect that my account data may be stuck or locked on the server side. Could you please check my account and perform a server-side reset if necessary?

    Hey musamon​

    What is the error that you're seeing on the account? For crashing on launch and errors CE-108255-1 and CE-348780, some players found the following workaround helpful: 

    1. Go to PS4 Settings > Application Saved Data Management
    2. Select Saved Data in System Storage
    3. Choose Apex Legends
    4. Delete those files
