Battle Pass progress reset/lost, missing or new items

I leveled my battle pass to 110 and unlocked both R99's. I even used them in a few games 2 weeks ago. Why is my battle pass RESET to 85??? [CM - Edited title for clarity]

    Hey everyone,

    Thanks again for the patience while this was under investigation.

    This should now be resolved, but you may need to restart your game to see the correct content if that's not already showing up.

After the recent account reset  back 3months and then returned, i have still not received the battle pass back what do i do?
